There have been several posts on the ability to order the nodes in the UI:

"Looking in the CatalogNode table, there is a SortOrder column to hold sort data. In addition, there is a text field in commerce manager called SortOrder to edit this data. My preference would be to use Catalog UI to edit sort orders mostly because Commerce Manager requires an IIS reset in order for this sort change to take effect."
I am not seeing it in 12.11 either. Am I missing it or is it not there yet?
