Episerver Commerce: Tweaks to the Promotions exclusions/priorities screens

Feature request for Commerce / Promotion exclusions/priorities screen:

After having to "clean up" this view for a customer of ours, I have some requests that will make this easier to manage:

1. Some marketers reported not even knowing about / knowing how to enter the exclusions/priorities screen from the promotions screen, because the button is not labeled in any way until you hover over it.
2. Make it possible to hide inactive promotions from the view (hide/how toggle), to make the list easier to overview. 
3. Make it possible to hide expired promotions from the view (hide/show toggle), to make the list easier to overview.
4. Make it possible to filter the priorities view by market (some customers have different brands as markets, making the list long when all promotions from all markets are visible.
