EPiServer CRM Progressive Profiling Forms with Marketing Automation

Hi,

I'd like to implement progressive profileing with EPiServer Connect for Dynamics CRM & EPiServer Forms. https://support.episerver.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029049792-Progressive-Profiling-Forms-with-Marketing-Automation

Each connector add-on integrates web tracking to Episerver’s personalization engine by identifying a visitor via a cookie.

This works well when a customer is in the same browser session.

However we need it to be integrated with the customers identity so that when a customer logs in on a different browser - the MA personalisation engine will be aware of the data already collected and present the correct personalisation to the customer.

Is is possible to extend the MA connectors to achieve this?
