TinyMCE Editor Link Target

Hello,

So I know that the TinyMCE editor has target options to open in same window vs new window. Also we can set a default value programatically.

I was wondering if there is a way to set this value dynamically. 

Ex: I have a Page types A and B. When I drag Page type A in the editor the link should open in same window but when I drag the page type B, the link should open in a new tab.
